rare complications, traumatic cut of common hepatic artery, pt,  yaser come to hospital in blunt abdominal trauma,  due to falling from height with signs of internal haemorge,  intraoperating room,by abd, exceploration,severe intraperitoneal haemorge, rupture spleen with complete cut of splenic artery &tear of caeliac trunk& multiple tear of common hepatic artery,&multiple pancreatic tears,& fracture pelvis at femer neck,& Rt. haemopneomothorax, 

operation, splenectomy&  repair of commonhepaticartery& caeliac trunk,repair of pancreatic tears,& Rt. chest tube,& 

the pt. after one month completely cure.
